Mach Industries Raises $300M to Scale Drone Warfare

8 billion since its 2023 founding. [1]

A recent acquisition of Exquadrum, now rebranded as Mach Energetics, added energetics systems, an engineering team, manufacturing infrastructure, and test facilities. The company says the deal enhances testing throughput and enables faster iteration across all platforms. [1]

The Series C capital will expand Mach Propulsion, advance second-generation systems, and deepen partnerships with the Army, Air Force, and SOCOM, as well as allied governments. [1]

The raise lands as the economics of drone warfare compress — cheaper systems, faster cycles, and distributed manufacturing are reshaping what a defense edge actually looks like.

As drone warfare accelerates and adversaries field autonomous systems at scale, Mach argues that superiority will belong to those who can develop, manufacture, and deploy faster — a thesis its investors are now betting $1.8 billion on. [1]
