Unitree's Post-IPO Hangover Is a Reality Check
Shares down 53% from their peak, but the Hangzhou robotics firm still has $252M in 2025 revenue and a real business.

The drop looks dramatic until you check the baseline. Unitree priced its IPO at 150.80 yuan per share, raised about 6.[1]
That 2025 revenue was $252 million, with humanoid sales alone accounting for 51.78% of the total. Unitree shipped more than 5,500 humanoids during the year and projected first-half 2026 revenue growth of roughly 36% to 45% year-over-year. [1]
The story here isn't failure — it's the market correcting a number that was always more about narrative than fundamentals. A profitable company with real shipments and real customers was briefly priced as if every possible future had already arrived.
Regulatory headwinds add texture to the slide. [1]
Compare that with Oregon-based Agility Robotics, which recorded just $1.78 million in net sales in 2025 alongside a $140.2 million operating loss — and is pursuing a SPAC at a $2.5 billion valuation. [1] Unitree, at roughly $30 billion, is expensive. Its peers are on a different plane of speculation entirely.
